Move over, United States Postal Service: Beth Stafford, Spahn & Rose Regional Cabinet Designer, can now claim the famous “neither snow nor rain nor heat . . . ” slogan, too.
Spahn & Rose recently received this praise for Stafford from a satisfied customer: “I wanted to let someone know what a great job Beth Stafford did on my kitchen design. She is pleasant, helpful, fun and very responsive. She went out of her way to drive to my house the day of a blizzard on a Saturday to make sure my measurements were correct. She made a usually stressful process enjoyable!”
Thanks to that compliment and many more like it, Stafford received the February Above & Beyond Award for outstanding customer service.
In her role as Regional Cabinet Designer, Stafford assists Spahn & Rose stores that do not have a dedicated Cabinet Designer of their own. Frequently traveling throughout eastern Iowa and northwest Illinois, Stafford assists homeowners, builders and contractors by designing kitchens for residential and commercial projects. She started with Spahn & Rose in spring 2020 after working as a manufacturer’s rep for Dura Supreme Cabinetry.
“Always willing to go the extra mile, Beth has an extremely strong work ethic, and she leverages her knowledge of the kitchen-and-bath industry,” says Steve Parisee, Spahn & Rose’s Vice President of Sales.
Stafford and other recipients of the monthly Above & Beyond Award receive a $100 Visa gift card and are eligible to be named the company’s Employee of the Year, an honor that includes a $1,000 prize.
Spahn & Rose employees can be nominated for the monthly Above & Beyond Award by coworkers, supervisors and customers. When a customer submits a review, any employees mentioned are nominated for the honor. Customers can also nominate employees for Above & Beyond through Spahn & Rose’s social-media channels, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
