Rely on Spahn & Rose for Fast, Free Delivery—ASAP

Every day, Spahn & Rose trucks leave the Dubuque, Iowa, store to make around 35 deliveries a day. Spahn & Rose delivery trucks from all 24 store locations will sometimes unload building material through second-story windows, and Spahn & Rose employees haul drywall and other materials to exactly where contractors and builders need them—often within hours of an order.

“On any given day, we’re ready to turn around orders ASAP,” says Noah Green, General Manager of Spahn & Rose’s Dubuque location. “To make deliveries happen as soon as possible and adapt to customer needs, we’re fluid and can pull employees from one job to quickly complete a delivery.”

For builders and contractors, there is no minimum order to qualify for free delivery. At times, Spahn & Rose has delivered as little as one piece of drywall. Spahn & Rose sales reps have also made special trips to bring customers tools or materials needed to finish a job as rapidly as possible.

Spahn & Rose’s delivery service transports and unloads massive amounts of building materials. The Dubuque store alone has 13 delivery vehicles, including two boom trucks and three Moffett trucks with forklifts attached for quick, easy unloading.

“The boom trucks give us the ability to go through any size window or door several stories above the ground,” Green says. “We offer full delivery, placed wherever you need the material at the job site.”

Many other lumberyards don’t offer anywhere near the equipment and manpower—for every delivery and any building material—that Spahn & Rose’s delivery service brings to bear. Delivery range is typically within about 60 miles of a given store, but some drivers have traveled as far as four hours to complete a delivery.

Another Spahn & Rose difference: Materials often ship out immediately thanks to Spahn & Rose’s expansive on-hand inventory.
