This June, Milwaukee Tool introduced a new line of masonry, tile and concrete drilling accessories, and in July the company started selling new oscillating multi-tool blades and an extensive expansion of carbide teeth blades.
The oscillating multi-tool blades are compatible with Milwaukee Tool’s Universal Fit OPEN-LOK Connection for quick blade changes, and different types of the new blades are made for a large variety of job-site applications. Take the Titanium Enhanced Extreme Materials Carbide Teeth Blade, for example: It has a thinner blade and a unique aggressive tooth design for faster cutting of wood compared to a standard carbide blade. And it lasts 50 times longer than standard bimetal blades.
Another recent addition to the Milwaukee lineup is the WRECKER with Carbide Teeth Blades, which has several applications—from clean wood to thick metals—for quick demolition and remodeling projects. These blades also have 50 times more life than standard bimetal reciprocating saw blades.
New Milwaukee Tool drill bits include MX4 SDS Drill Bits, SLEDGE SDS Chisels, Hammer Drill Bits, SHOCKWAVE Multi-Material Drill Bits, and Glass and Tile Bits. All these bits offer longer life and faster drilling.
Carbide Hammer Drill Bits, for instance, are twice as fast when drilling into masonry materials and have five times the lifespan of previous bits when drilling into concrete. And the new SHOCKWAVE Carbide Hammer Drill Bits are engineered with a precision-ground tip for faster starts and less walking. Also, the wide flute removes dust faster and reduces heat while enabling contractors and builders to drill more holes per charge.
