Spahn & Rose Named to ProSales 100 List for Contractor Sales

For more than 100 years, contractors in Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin have relied on Spahn & Rose for high-quality building materials and expert service. The company has now received national recognition for its longstanding dedication to its contractor customers: ProSales 100 has named Spahn & Rose one of the best lumberyards in America based on professional-contractor business.

ProSales is the newsletter of Hanley Wood, a Washington, D.C.–based research organization dedicated to contractors and the construction industry. Compiled annually for the last 26 years, ProSales 100 is a list of the biggest building-material distributors in the U.S., based on dollar amount of pro-contractor sales.

Spahn & Rose ranked fifty-sixth in the nation for pro-contractor sales among lumberyards and specialty-building-material dealers. ProSales cited in particular the fact that 85 percent of Spahn & Rose’s business is sales to professional contractors.
